Ε. & Κ. BOUCHLIS SA a steadily rising traditional handicraft, has been engaged since 1950 in the processing of fish (salted), the processing of olives and the production and bottling of excellent ouzo in Mytilene.
Its activities have been covering the local, but also almost the entire Greek market for many years. A significant share of its production is also exported. The products it processes are from the island and are carefully selected by its experienced people. Everything is made completely traditionally, with human hands and with the complete absence of chemical preservatives.
