The cheese company GALAKTOKOMIKA MYSTAKELLI PC was founded in 2015, operates in privately owned facilities and is headquartered in Mantamados, Lesvos.
We continue the tradition that Stratis Mystakellis started in 1962 in his traditional cheese dairy and then his son Giannis expanded. The products are now produced in new modern facilities, utilizing the long experience and knowledge of the same staff who for a number of years and through continuous improvements offered to the consumer public the recognized consistent quality of MYSTAKELLI products.
The official capacity of the dairy is 250 tons of soft and hard cheeses per year, and is thus recorded as a small traditional dairy.
