The history of the Matthew Sons distillery began 150 years ago by its founder, John Matthew. The distillery has gained popularity over the years with a wide range of products such as: Ouzo, Cherry, Cognac and the most famous types of liqueurs - Rose, Mint, Bitter Almond (Amaretto), Quandro, which are produced to this day
He has taken part in domestic and international exhibitions such as: Athens, Thessaloniki and Europe, America, Africa where he won a large number of awards, diplomas and mines, which was the reason for Ioannis Mattheou to become a member of the committee.
It is noteworthy that the distillery used to be made from colognes to whiskey
