Love for our place, respect for traditions, appetite and
passion, led us to the creation of our cooperative in 2001.
The rich lesbian land and the orange grove of Parakoila are a source
of raw materials for the creation of our products. Including
we create with taste, jams, pastries and pastries, liqueurs,
handmade pasta.
From the distillery we smell the familiar
flower water (extract of elm leaves, traditionally a medicine for
stomach upsets, facial cleanser, natural fragrance for syrups
and our macaroons).
The traditional recipes in our cooking
accompany all kinds of social events (weddings, baptisms, conferences
etc).
With respect to the place where we grew up and the environment,
we use it responsibly and prudently, with the aim of the new generations to
inherit everything we found and we, intact.
