The workshop for the preparation of traditional pasta & crackers of Myrsini Chrysokefalou-Dance was born out of passion. The traditional recipes of Lemnos were the reason for its creation, so it got the name "Kaspaknes delicacies", which according to the locals will say delicacies from Kaspakas. These delicacies include traditional sweets, pasta, crackers, pies and cheese pies, without preservatives, made from pure ingredients such as durum wheat flour, goat's and sheep's milk and rustic eggs produced in Lemnos, on family estates. Lemnos has been known since ancient times for the quality of its grains, wines, dairy products and in general the agricultural products it produces.
