In the heart of a quiet village, Sardes, is our tavern keeping the tradition for three generations.
Sometime in the early 1990s, the idea of ​​highlighting the rich gastronomic world of Lemnos appeared. With Mrs. Krystallo as a pioneer in the kitchen, we managed to make the recipes, which you know until today.
This idea resulted in a wider contact with the local raw material and its producers. This dedication pushed us to use the purest materials every day, in their best quality.
Through our dishes and service, we try to offer you a sense of hospitality and intimacy, thus awakening the childhood memory, from the "grandmother's table".
